Our commitment to delivering the freshest and highest quality flowers means that we guarantee all our products to be in optimal condition upon departure from our premises. As a result, we do not accept returns. We stand by the quality of our flowers and strive to exceed our customers' expectations with every order. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Flower Quality: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers. In the rare instance that the product delivered exhibits more than 50% wilted flowers, we will provide a refund. Customers must inform us of any concerns by providing clear photos of the issue within 2 hours following the completion of the delivery. This allows us to promptly address any issues and provide appropriate assistance. Please note that any natural markings on the flowers should not be mistaken for signs of lack of freshness.
  2. Non-Delivery: If a delivery issue arises, and your order was not delivered, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued after we investigate the matter and confirm the non-delivery.
